I just happened upon this wonderful Blog Post By Charlotte Bell and her ideas about Old School Yoga resonated with me so clearly that I wanted to share the post with you. All these years I haven’t known what to call my style of yoga and I’ve struggled with variations on the theme of mindfulness, but now I think that I too am practicing and teaching Old School Yoga! A practice to open the heart, to relax, to rejuvenate, to create space…….that’s my practice and that is what I share with you.
