Sharon isn’t going to be opening the studio for her November 24th Saturday prenatal yoga class. If you are missing yoga, here is a short (less than 10-minutes) warrior sequence that is a lot like the flow sequence we do in my prenatal yoga and exercise classes. What a great way to relieve stress and shake off any “extra” stress, calories, fluids, etc. that you may have gathered during the studio’s Thanksgiving Break!
