Yoga

My yoga classes are mindful and deep with an emphasis on physical movement (asana), stretching, relaxation, breathing and visualization that creates a state of open awareness.  This is a calm state of being that nourishes our bodies, minds and spirits.  It is in this place that we can recognize the beauty of our lives as they are and see opportunities for grace even in the most difficult of circumstances.  Everyone is welcome!
