  1. Hello! My name is Alane Benson, and I’m a native of Pittsburgh, searching to find prenatal yoga classes for my sister. I am also a yoga teacher in Philadelphia and the studio manager at Wake Up Yoga, a vinyasa flow studio in three Philadelphia neighborhoods. I intend to launch a Yoga of Seniors series in one of these neighborhoods in January 2011, and I was excited to see you are currently offering a series for Seniors in Squirrel Hill. I wanted ask what your experience has been so far. This would be my first time teaching seniors in a seniors-only class (though I’ve been teaching three lovely seniors in an open-levels class for about a year.) Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

I’m especially curious to discuss how you targeted this demographic. We have a lovely website, but I know my parents do not look for things on the internet, and I imagine this is the case with most seniors. I intend to distribute fliers to the neighborhood churches and ethnic clubs, but any other suggestions would be much appreciated!
