Sometimes we need a nourishing practice, but prefer more movement than a traditional restorative class provides. In this class we move with awareness through asana, breathe deeply and exhale fully and practice to music that is soothing and inspiring. Instruction includes mudra (yoga poses for your hands), pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (physical postures) for stretching and release of tension. Joyful, heart opening and deeply nourishing. Open to students of all levels including absolute beginners!
There is limited space, so please do make a reservation! After class plan to stay a while for some sweets. Everyone who makes a reservation will also receive a little handmade gift!
Wear comfortable clothing in layers so you can take some off if you get warm when we are moving and put some on when we are more still. Mats and all equipment are provided, but if you have your own yoga mat, it is always best to bring your own.

Easy to find, this is a corner building painted purple and green. Plenty of safe and free on-street parking around the wellness center. Enjoy a delicious cup of tea before or after class in the cafe on the first floor. Mookshi Wellness Center is a delightful and peaceful little spot and perfect for intimate workshops and classes like this one!
