Sustain Health and Wellness is run by Emily Levenson, LCSW, HHC.
Emily practices a holistic approach to nutrition, looking at how all areas of a person’s life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life affect the whole.
Each person has their own nutritional needs, meaning that one dietary approach will not work for everyone. We look at your age, health, activity level, food sensitivities or allergies, and personal preferences to determine your dietary needs.
When making changes in diet, it is important to look at the other areas of your life. Everything is food; healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment. When these areas are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.

Pregnancy Nutrition Specialist
Nicholas Hundley believes strongly that a nurturing womb environment during pregnancy can lay the foundation for a vibrant, healthy life for new babies. His mission is to guide and educate pregnant and hopeful mothers and fathers in eating well to support both their own health and, ultimately, that of their family.
Along with providing insightful pregnancy information, he teaches moms to look at their whole life (including social, spiritual, mental, financial, and personality aspects) to determine their motivators and roadblocks to living a healthy lifestyle, thus helping them to successfully and consistently follow through with their goals and desires. While Nicholas understands that knowledge is power, he also recognizes the need for support in turning intentions into actions. He helps new moms develop lifelong practices that will persist throughout the mother’s life and, by extension, the baby’s as well.
Nicholas has two young children of his own who are the inspiration for his practice. With them, he learned the practical skills that are essential to applying good nutrition at home. Nicholas has a master’s degree in biochemistry, and he earned his nutrition certification from the American College of Nutrition. His combined scientific background, holistic perspective, and practical experience helps new moms gain the peace of mind in knowing they’re giving their baby the best start possible.
