Jill Satterfield :Vajra Yoga & Meditation

Jill Satterfield is the creator of Vajra Yoga and her workshops are especially appropriate for dedicated yoga and meditation students, individuals who are seeking advanced preparation to become yoga instructors and yoga teachers who would like to advance their education and inspire their practice.  Jill will be in Pittsburgh for two weekends this summer.  These are rare and unique opportunities to study with Jill in an intimate community-based studio setting right here in Pittsburgh.  These classes and workshops are not consecutive nor will material be repeated.  Each class and workshop is unique and appropriate for yoga students and meditators of all levels.   Yoga Matrika is honored to introduce Jill Satterfield and Vajra Yoga and Meditation to Pittsburgh.

You do not need to be Buddhist or identify with Buddhism in order to benefit from the practice of Vajra Yoga and Meditation, but it is the tradition that informs Jill’s  practice and teachings.  You can read more about Jill Satterfield and Vajra Yoga and Meditation on her website: http://www.vajrayoga.com and she is featured in the July 2008 issue of Shambhala Sun Magazine.
