Seated Meditation Classes

Place: Yoga Matrika

Time: 7:00-8:15 pm

Facilitators:  Kirsi Jansa (April-May)

Dates:  2nd and 4th Thursday of the month

Cost: Regular drop-in class fees apply.  Are you new to Yoga Matrika?  If so, your first class is FREE when you sign-up here.

On the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, we hold a drop-in seated meditation practice.  See this week’s class schedule HERE. This practice is for all levels and will support the work you are doing with Bhante Pema and Kirsi Jansa in their meditation courses.  Beginners and advanced students are all welcome to sit and practice with us.  Registration in meditation courses is not required, but recommended.  The courses will provide a strong foundation for the sitting practice if you are a beginner.  We supply cushions and blankets and chairs if you need them.  If you do have your own meditation seat, please bring it for your comfort.
