- All classes, unless otherwise noted, are held at Yoga Matrika, 1406 S. Negley Avenue. This was the original (very first!) Yoga Matrika location. Not familiar with it? See a map and directions. Classes are ongoing and you can start at any time.
- Are you using a deal from a flyer, postcard, or Groupon? If so, you will not be able to sign-up online. Just come 15-minutes early to class and bring your printed deal with you to give to your instructor. As space permits, you will be enrolled in class.
