Meditation Book Club: Four Noble Truths
This is a book club style online course in Buddhist philosophy and meditation with rolling enrollment. The book we use as the foundation of the course is “DANCING WITH LIFE” by Phillip Moffit. You can start at any time and access the content immediately upon registration. You work through the course at your own convenience and pace. Everyone in the book club can communicate around key concepts and ask questions using the online discussion boards.
