Matrika Prenatal is a wonderful guide to prenatal yoga. Great for beginners and experienced yogis alike, this book offers poses and stretches to ease the aches of the changing pregnant body. I found the directions to be easy to follow and the author manages to create a special and personal experience through this e-book. The audio guide is relaxing and the author’s voice is very soothing, a great addition to the book! I would recommend this book to any friends or family who are looking for a bas…April L.
It reconnected me with my early experiences of yoga – as a way to consciously inhabit your body and center your mind through natural and liberating movement. I find it difficult to do static, seated meditation, and so I appreciate the centering that happens with the guided meditative movement in Mindful Yoga.~JF, Yoga Matrika StudentMindful YogaPittsburgh
The atmosphere is friendly and accepting of where ever the student is in their life. I have gained physical, emotional, spiritual confidence through practice with all of the instructors at Yoga Matrika. Thank you!J., Matrika Student
This prenatal guide is easy to follow yet complete in its simplicity. The tenets of peace and simplicity are essential to a quieting yoga practice and this book models this beautifully. Having taught prenatal yoga for many years, I will highly recommend this to students to use at home to further onsite prenatal classes. Sharon is a thoughtful and passionate teacher and without a doubt she believes strongly in using yoga for a healthy and happy birth experience. Her truth is evident.Joanne V.
Yoga Matrika is the ONLY yoga studio that has never made me feel uncomfortable in my flexibility or how I’m positioned, but I always leave classes feeling re-energized, yet, feeling very tranquil. I couldnt see myself at any other studio, and I HIGHLY recommend taking one of Sharon’s classes. She’s fantastic.Melissa, Matrika Student
